Overview

The New South Wales government has enlisted Roads and Maritime Services (RMS) to upgrade the Princess Highway between Mount Pleasant and Toolijooa Road.

RMS has contracted Fulton Hogan to design and construct the Gerringong upgrade which is underway and is expected to be completed in the first half of 2015, weather permitting. This upgrade will provide 7.5 kilometres of upgraded highway and include two new interchanges with access to Gerringong and Gerroa.

Geomotion was chosen to supply the project with it’s instrumentation including 43 piezometers, pressure cells and 10 inclinometer boreholes so far, with more to come.
