One Touch Inclinometer Casing

One Touch Inclinometer Casing Overview

The Geomotion One Touch Inclinometer Casing is a special grooved tubing, generally installed in a borehole, used along with digital inclinometer probe system to monitor lateral ground movement and measure Borehole verticality.

One-touch inclinometer casings are supplied with a male and a female couplings attached to both ends of the casing at the factory.

Used for eliminating rivet work that firmly connects the casing and the coupling in the field, silicone sealing to prevent grout into joint seam, and additional vinyl taping for protection of silicon sealing, The one touch assembling process can greatly simplify the installation process, saving time and labour.

One touch connection part is made of fresh ABS resin using precision
injection plastic moulding and the built in couplings are made of ABS
adhesive optimised at the factory under high-level quality control.

O-rings are attached on the male coupling to prevent penetration of grout
or foreign fluids.

Around the male coupling, a certain length of protrusions are shaped and
when the female and male couplings are fastened, they have a strong
resistance against the separation force due to its own weight, and have an
average holding capacity of 85kgf or more.
